Usage

This utility allows you to alter some internal FILEINFO study parameters. This is sometimes needed due to a bad header interpretation or wrong defaults used. As a less damaging example: here you can change the default Static Study type into a Tomographic one; just after reading a raw image array. Selectable tabs are: Orientation, Sizes / Times, Dimensions, Study Parameters.

Dialog

A tab for altering essential real world voxel sizes and time Frame Duration.
The Pixel Size is used for the current width (X) and height (Y) dimensions.
The Slice Width for the depth (Z) dimension.
The Slice Separation is meant as the centre-centre slice separation, briefly explained here.
